To enhance your stay, we’ve put together a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to address any concerns you may have. We kindly request that you review our guidelines to better prepare for your upcoming experience.

How do I get to the center?

Our center is close to San Francisco De Yarincocha, a village just an hour from Pucallpa. Please arrange your flight to Pucallpa. Saturday at 3 pm, we’ll meet you in Pucallpa, where one of our team members will pick you up and take you to our center. At the end of the retreat, we’ll provide a shuttle back to Pucallpa for your convenience.We look forward to welcoming you!

What's our cancellation and refund policy?

For cancellations made at least 45 days before the program, we’ll refund your payment minus a 3% stripe fee and a $150 processing fee. Unfortunately, no refund or credit will be given for cancellations within 45 days, no-shows, or early departures.

Sanken Nete may be forced to cancel the retreat for a numebr of reasons. IF we cancel the retreat you’ll get a full refund

We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected situations like illness, injury, job loss, or bad weather.

How do I prepare for the experience?

Getting in the right state of mind, and preparing your body is important to optimize the experience. Our Guidelines Link guidelines will help you get ready and take the best out of the retreat

Can I arrive earlier or extend my stay?

Sanken Nete is a retreat center where groups check in on Saturdays and check out the following Saturday. If you’re interested in extending your stay, please contact us at sanken.nete.amazon@gmail.com to inquire about availability

Who owns, manages, and is responsible for the retreats at Sanken Nete?

The Sanken Nete Shipibo Retreat Center is fully owned, managed, and operated by the local Shipibo community in the Amazon jungle. Earthly Ventures acts solely as a booking facilitator and is not responsible for the day-to-day operations, management, or any activities that occur during the retreat. For any questions or concerns related to the retreat itself, please contact Sanken Nete directly.
